Boil the Olive Oil until about 180 degree. Turn off the heat and place Rosemary into the pan then cool it down. Boil the Cauliflower with vegetable stock untill its nice and soft. Drained the Cauliflower and place them into a Brender, add Water, Plant Based Milk, Salt & Pepper. You can warm it up, or you can also enjoy cold soup ! Yum !
