Raw Vegan Carrot Cake

For Crust
 1 cup Oats
 30 g Walnuts
 60 g Dates
 2 tbsp Carob Powder
 50 g Carrot
 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Cashew nuts Cream
 165 g Cashewnuts
 2 tbsp Coconuts Milk
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 Vanilla extract

For Crust: Place all the crust ingredients in your Food Processor.

And Blend them until it looks like this!

Place the crust in a tin and press them with your fingers.

For Cashew nuts Cream: Place all the topping ingredients in your food processor.

Place them on top of the crust you made, then place them in the freezer for at least 30 min.

Raw Vegan Carrot Cake

This is the healthiest & easiest snack I have made for a long time ! The fact that no sugar is used , but it is still sweet enough, it filled me up and made me so happy !
