Vegan baked cheese cake

 350 g Drained firm tofu
 70 g Sugar
 1 tsp Miso
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Starch
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 2 tbsp Coconuts oil
 30 g Yam
 1 tsp Agar agar powder

Preheat the oven for 170℃.

Place all the ingredients for crust into the blender.

Blend it until it looks like this.

Place them into the cake mold and use a flat-bottomed object like a cup to press down firmly until it’s evenly distributed and well packed.

For the filling. Place all the filling ingredients into the blender.

Blend them until its nice and smooth, then add them on top of the crust.
Bake the cake for 20-30 min.

Cool them in the fridge for while.
