There are many vegan cheeses in other countries, yet in Japan there aren’t many.(well… still not enough π ) In fact I only knew one other vegan cheese which is made in Japan. So you can probably tell how excited I was when I found this!! This is Not tofu… well it is made from tofu but you can not tell! For vegan cheese lovers who live in Japan, this is heaven! but even if you are not vegan please try this!
