vegan spicy fried rice

 130 g Enoki mushroom
 40 g Garlic sprout
 10 g wood ear mushroom
 40 g Shungiku (spring chrysanthemum)
 2 clove of Garlic
 2 tbsp hot pepper paste
 1 tsp Mirin
 1 tsp kelp stock
 salt
 sesame seeds
 1 tbsp sesame oil

Stir fry vegetables and mushroom with sesame oil for few minute.
then add rest of ingredients and two bowl of rice.  stir them well. and done!

Notes

vegan spicy fried rice

You can add any vegetables you like. I didn’t have tofu but if you do in your fridge right now, I recommend you to add tofu as well! also I didn’t make it too spicy so my son can eat as well, but if you like spicy food add some hot chili pepper!  Fried rice is very easy, but tasty, and everybody likes!
