For the Caramel
 4 tbsp Sugar
 2 tbsp Water
For the Pudding
 450 g Soy Milk
 1 tbsp Pumpkin Powder ( or 60 g of steamed & squashed pumpkin )
 3 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Agar agar powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 Salt
 4 tsp Kudzu Starch ( or other Starch)

I forgot to say this on the video... You have to cool them in the refrigerator for at least few hours! Enjoy !! ✔

Notes

Vegan Pudding

It tastes really similar to normal Pudding which uses Egg!  You can’t taste the pumpkin at all. Please try to make this rich vegan pudding at home!
